We kept seeing Thai business websites that were built and then never looked after: expired certificates, stale plugins, forms delivering to an inbox nobody opens, and privacy notices copied wholesale from another site. Not because owners did not care, but because nobody told them what to care about.

boonmangcloud started from the reverse question: if someone with a security background built websites for small businesses, how would those sites differ? The answer is our homepage, which checks any site in five seconds, and every site we deliver has to pass that check.

Security you cannot verify is advertising. So the check sits on our homepage and we run it on our own work first.

A constraint stated up front beats one the customer discovers. So time zone, scope and price are explicit from the start.

A good site is one that is still good in year three, not just on delivery day. So the care plan is the default, not an add-on.

The core team is on the US Pacific coast, 14 hours behind Thailand. A message sent at 10am Bangkok reaches us at 8pm the previous day; one sent at 3pm reaches us at 1am. We do not pretend to have a team sitting in Bangkok.

What we do instead: reply within 12 hours on working days, schedule meetings in Thai mornings or evenings, and set a LINE auto-reply that states the real response window. Enterprise projects include a Thai-hours coordinator.

We do not show client logos, reviews or case studies without permission or that did not happen. Our work page may look sparse at first, and we are fine with that.

We do not take work that involves penetrating, vulnerability-testing or accessing other people's systems without written authorisation. All our audits are passive.

We do not build sites for less than it costs to make them safe. If your budget is at site-builder level, we will recommend a good site builder instead.
