Overview
Most hacked sites were not broken by clever technique. Nobody updated them for two years, the certificate expired on a holiday, or the form was emailing an address no one reads anymore. The care plan means someone is responsible for those things instead of you.
It is the default line item on every quote we send. You can decline it, but the risk will be written down clearly. For sites we did not build, we audit first.

Audit first (sites from elsewhere)
The 24-item audit establishes the real state. Its fee is credited in full against the care plan when you move over.
- 03
Migrate and set up monitoring
Moved to plan hosting, with backups, monitoring and a LINE incident channel configured.
- 04
Monthly report
A Thai-language report at the start of each month. Content edits are requested over LINE within the quota.

Questions
+–Do you take on sites built by others?
Yes, after the ฿6,900 security audit so we know the real state before taking responsibility. If you move to our care, the audit fee is credited in full against the care plan.
+–What if the site is hacked while under care?
We restore from backup, close the hole and report the cause, at no extra charge for sites we built and have cared for continuously. For migrated sites the terms are set in the contract after the audit.
+–Can I cancel?
Any month, with 30 days' notice. We hand over backups, code and a migration guide in full.
