Terms of service

1. Scope and quotes

• Portfolio and blog tiers are scoped as shown on the quote page on the date of confirmation. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
• Business, complex and enterprise tiers are scoped by the quote or scope document both parties confirm.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices are in THB and exclude VAT.

2. Payment

• 50% on confirmation and 50% on delivery. Milestone projects are billed as set out in the quote.
• Work starts when the first payment is received. Go-live on the real domain happens when payment is complete.
• The monthly care plan is billed in advance at the start of each month.
• Domain fees, third-party services (such as payment providers) and translation are paid directly to the provider unless the quote says otherwise.

3. Content and client responsibilities

• You confirm you have the right to use the text, images, logos and content you supply, and that it breaks no law or third-party right.
• For regulated businesses (such as medical facilities, supplements, cosmetics) you are responsible for obtaining advertising approval under the applicable law.
• Late content may push delivery dates back proportionally.

4. Revisions

• Portfolio: one round within scope. Blog: one round. Business: two rounds at the design stage. Complex and enterprise: per the scope document.
• Revisions beyond those rounds or outside scope are billed hourly at the rate in the quote, or drawn from the care plan's quota.

5. Intellectual property and handover

• On full payment, the source code, design and content created for the project belong to you.
• Domain, hosting and third-party accounts are registered in your name. We administer them only as delegated.
• We retain the right to reuse general tools, libraries and code not specific to your project.
• We will not show your project as our work without written permission.

6. Care plan

• Includes the items listed on the care plan page on the date you subscribe.
• Cancel with 30 days' notice. On cancellation we hand over the latest backup, code and a migration guide within 14 days, after which plan hosting ends.
• Declining the care plan means you are responsible for hosting, updates, backups and security after handover.

7. Security audit

• The audit is passive and uses only what the website provides to ordinary visitors plus public records.
• You confirm you own, or are authorised by the owner of, the website submitted.
• The report is an assessment as of the audit date, not a guarantee that no vulnerabilities exist.

8. Limitation of liability

• We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue or lost data arising from the services, except where caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
• Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project in the preceding 12 months.
• We do not guarantee the availability of third-party services (hosting, payment providers, LINE and so on) but will assist in resolving issues under the care plan.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes that cannot be settled are submitted to the competent courts of Thailand.
