+–Where is your team and how do you work with Thai organisations?
The core team works US Pacific hours, which is stated in the contract and the SLA. Meetings are scheduled in windows that work for both sides (Thai morning and evening), and enterprise projects include a Thai-hours coordinator for urgent matters.
+–Do you support review by IT or external auditors?
Yes. We provide architecture documents and security review reports and complete partner security questionnaires. For third-party penetration tests we coordinate the engagement and remediate the findings.
+–What if we want to leave later?
Everything is yours from day one: source code, infrastructure accounts, domain and documentation. The exit plan is in the contract and we train your team to take over.
