Clinic websites that build trust, book appointments, and stay within medical advertising law and PDPA
Patients choose a clinic on trust, and clinics sit under laws an ordinary website never meets. Both have to be designed in from the start.
Overview
Clinic websites carry constraints most web vendors do not know exist: medical facility advertising needs approved wording, results may not be overstated, before-and-after images need consent and mandated captions, and health data is sensitive data under PDPA requiring explicit consent. A beautiful site that breaks the rules is a liability, not an asset.
We build clinic sites that show a new patient who treats, what they treat, what it costs, and how to book instantly on LINE, with a content structure that makes it easier for your team to stay inside the law.
What usually goes wrong
- An appointment form that asks about symptoms and emails them unencrypted, in breach of PDPA from day one
- Advertising copy that was never approved, exposing the clinic to complaints and fines
- Before-and-after photos of patients who never gave written consent
- Doctor pages with no licence number, so patients are unsure
- Slow loading from oversized images and no clear booking button on mobile
What we build
- 01A page per procedure, with slots in the content structure for the advertising approval number and the captions the law requires
- 02Doctor pages with licence number, background and a real photo, because that is what patients search for
- 03One-tap LINE appointments with the service of interest in the message, without collecting symptoms or health data on the website
- 04Online appointment booking tied to doctors' schedules (complex tier), with encrypted data and restricted access
- 05Explicit consent for health data, separate from general consent, as PDPA Section 26 requires
- 06A results gallery that requires recorded patient consent before an image can be published
- 07MedicalClinic or Physician schema so Google presents the clinic correctly
- 08A clear price page, because clinics that show prices receive more enquiries and fewer repeated questions
Recommended tiers

- 04Complex site
Once a site takes money, stores customer data or replaces a staff member, a mistake costs far more than the build.

Questions
+–What does an aesthetic clinic website need to be careful about?
Three things: advertising copy must be approved by the Department of Health Service Support or the provincial health office before publication; you may not claim unverifiable results or use words like 'best' or 'cured'; and before-and-after images need consent and mandated captions. We structure the content to support these rules, but obtaining approval is the clinic's responsibility and a legal adviser should review the wording.
+–Can the appointment form collect health information?
We advise against collecting it on the website. The form should take a name, a contact channel and the service of interest, with details discussed in a channel the clinic controls. If it must be collected, it needs explicit consent, encryption and restricted access, which is complex-tier work.
+–How much does a clinic website cost?
A clinic that needs service pages, doctor pages, prices and LINE appointments sits in the business tier at ฿29,900–59,000. Online booking tied to doctors' schedules with secure data handling starts at ฿89,000.
+–Why show the doctor's licence number?
Because patients search the doctor's name before deciding, and displaying practitioner details is already a requirement for medical facilities. Having it on your site makes it a source Google trusts more than a review page.

We will tell you which pages the site needs and where the legal exposure is before anything starts.
