Hotel and resort websites with commission-free direct booking
Every OTA booking costs 15–25% in commission. A good website turns the guests who already found you on Google or Agoda into direct bookings.
Overview
Small and mid-sized hotels get squeezed between two bad options: depend entirely on OTAs and lose margin to commission, or run a website that cannot really take bookings, loads slowly and foreign guests cannot read. Our hotel sites focus on converting people who are already searching your name into direct bookings with a better rate and fewer steps.
Many guests in Thailand book by chat, so the site must reach LINE in one tap with the room and dates filled in. Foreign guests want availability and prices immediately. We design both paths onto the same page.
What usually goes wrong
- OTA commission eats the margin on every night, but nobody finds the hotel's own site
- Beautiful room photos on a page that takes 8 seconds to load on mobile, so guests go back to Agoda
- Foreign guests land on a Thai-only site or a machine translation they cannot follow
- Chat bookings written in a notebook, double-booked over the holidays
- Guest ID and passport copies kept in LINE with no PDPA policy at all
What we build
- 01Room pages that load fast on 4G: images compressed and resized automatically, no trade-off between beautiful and quick
- 02A LINE booking button that pre-fills the room, dates and guest count in the message
- 03Online booking with an availability calendar and deposits by PromptPay or card (complex tier)
- 04Thai and English as standard, Chinese or others added, with hreflang so Google shows each guest the right language
- 05Hotel and Offer schema so Google can show rates and amenities in search results
- 06Google Business Profile and map listing configured properly, because most guests start from the map
- 07A privacy notice covering guest data, ID copies and the immigration reporting the law requires
- 08Integration with your existing channel manager so the website and OTAs never double-book

Questions
+–How much does a hotel website cost?
A hotel site that presents every room and takes bookings via LINE sits in the business tier at ฿29,900–59,000. An online booking engine with calendar and deposits is the complex tier from ฿89,000. Both come with the monthly care plan.
+–Do we need a booking engine if we already use OTAs?
Not on day one. Many small hotels do well taking direct bookings over LINE at a rate slightly under the OTA price. Once direct volume grows, add an automated engine connected to the channel manager.
+–Do extra languages cost more?
Thai and English are included. A third language and beyond is priced per page, and we recommend a human translator for room pages and policies rather than machine translation.
+–What does PDPA have to do with a hotel?
Hotels hold very sensitive data: identity documents, travel dates, card details. The law requires a stated purpose, minimal collection and security measures. Our sites include a notice that covers this, and we advise on storing guest documents somewhere safer than a chat app.
