Restaurant websites where a hungry customer finds the menu, the way there, and a table in one minute
Restaurant customers search on a phone, hungry, and decide in 30 seconds. The site has to answer three questions in that time: what is there to eat, what does it cost, how do I get there.
Overview
Most restaurants have a Facebook page and a photographed menu nobody can read on a phone. When a customer googles the name or 'restaurant near me', what appears is the Google Business Profile and the website. If the site is slow or missing, they go to the place next door that has one.
We build restaurant sites to be very light. The menu is text Google can read and you can edit yourself when costs rise. The reservation button goes to LINE with party size and time filled in. And if you want it, online ordering that does not hand 30% to a delivery app.
What usually goes wrong
- The menu is a photo on Facebook: cannot zoom, prices out of date, and Google has no idea what you sell
- Delivery apps take 30%, but regulars still order through them because there is no other way
- Reservations taken by phone while the kitchen is slammed, written down wrong or lost
- Wrong pin on Google Maps or stale opening hours, so customers drive over to a closed door
- Customer reviews and photos never put to work
What we build
- 01A text menu with prices, categories and fast-loading photos, editable from your phone
- 02A 'book a table' button that opens LINE with date, time and party size filled in, or a reservation system that blocks tables automatically
- 03Online ordering for pickup or your own delivery, paid by PromptPay, with no commission (complex tier)
- 04Restaurant and Menu schema so Google can show dishes, prices and hours in results
- 05Google Business Profile fully configured: category, hours, photos, menu and booking link, because customers see it before the site
- 06A directions page that opens Google Maps or Grab in one tap
- 07Promotion and event pages you edit yourself, with automatic expiry
- 08Thai and English for restaurants in tourist areas

Questions
+–Does a small restaurant need a website when it has a Facebook page?
Keep the Facebook page, but Google does not surface page content in search the way it surfaces a website. A 3–5 page site with a text menu makes your restaurant appear when someone searches 'boat noodles Ari' and takes them straight to a booking or an order.
+–How much does a restaurant website cost?
A single restaurant that needs a menu, directions and LINE reservations sits between the portfolio and business tiers at ฿4,900–59,000 depending on pages and languages. Online ordering with payments starts at ฿89,000.
+–Is our own ordering system worth it compared with delivery apps?
It depends on how many regulars you have. Restaurants with strong repeat business recover the cost quickly, because every order moved from the app to the site saves 25–30% commission. We run the numbers on your real volume before you decide.
+–Can we edit the menu ourselves?
Yes. Every restaurant package includes a menu and price editor that works from a phone, with no need to wait for us.

We will look at how customers find you on Google today and which pages the site should start with.
